1. Website Role

Chicago Party Bus Fun provides planning information, vehicle-category comparisons, and a way to request written transportation quotes. The site may refer a request to an affiliate or independent provider. The legal carrier, assigned vehicle, operating authority, insurance, price, and policies must be identified and verified through the written quote or contract.

2. Quote Requests Are Not Reservations

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee a response, price, vehicle, operator, availability, or reservation. A reservation exists only under the acceptance and payment requirements stated in the written agreement supplied for that trip.

3. Provider Terms Control the Trip

Minimum hours, deposit, balance due date, accepted payment methods, cancellation, refund, weather, rescheduling, overtime, gratuity, fuel, tolls, parking, taxes, cleaning, damage, food, beverage, smoking, decoration, passenger conduct, accessibility, and substitution rules can vary. Do not rely on general website language for those terms. Confirm each item in the provider's written agreement before paying.

4. Vehicle and Route Information

Photos, capacities, amenities, routes, drive times, venue access, airport procedures, and event information are planning references. They may describe a vehicle class rather than the exact assigned vehicle and can change. Verify current photos, legal capacity, luggage room, accessibility, amenities, condition, loading points, schedule, and substitution terms with the provider and relevant venue.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, passenger, route, timing, luggage, accessibility, and event details. Review the complete written agreement, keep provider contact information available, follow applicable laws and provider rules, and communicate changes promptly. The person accepting a provider agreement is responsible for understanding the authority and payment obligations stated there.

6. Third-Party Providers and Links

Transportation providers, venues, payment processors, analytics services, chat services, maps, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Chicago Party Bus Fun does not control third-party availability, content, or performance. A link or referral is not a guarantee or endorsement.

7. Website Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep the site useful and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every planning detail is complete or current. The website is provided on an as-available basis. Where permitted by law, liability connected solely to use of the website is limited to the amount paid to use the website, which is ordinarily zero. This does not alter rights or obligations in a separate provider contract.

8. Acceptable Use and Content Rights

Do not misuse the forms, probe the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or copy substantial original site content for republication. Chicago Party Bus Fun retains rights in its original site design and content; third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

9. Privacy and Changes

The Privacy Policy explains website data handling. We may update these terms when the website, law, or business process changes. The posted date identifies the current version. Material terms for a booked trip come from the provider agreement accepted for that trip.
