How far in advance should I book to get the best experience?
We recommend 3-6 weeks for most events and 3-6 months for weddings. Booking early gives you the best vehicle selection and date availability. Call 1-773-570-7445 to reserve your date.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes! Our all-inclusive pricing covers the professional chauffeur, fuel, insurance, taxes, and gratuity. No hidden fees, no surprises — just the experience our reviews describe.
What's included in every rental?
Professional uniformed chauffeur, complimentary wet bar with ice, premium sound system with Bluetooth/AUX, LED lighting package, unlimited stops within your reserved time, and red carpet service on request.
Do you serve areas outside downtown Chicago?
Yes! We serve all of Chicagoland including suburbs up to 60 miles from downtown. Naperville, Schaumburg, Evanston, Joliet, Aurora — wherever you are, we'll be there.
Can I bring my own decorations on the bus?
Absolutely! Many of our reviewed customers decorated the bus for birthdays, bachelorettes, and holidays. Just avoid anything that could damage the interior (no glitter, tape on leather, or open flames).
What's the cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are non-refundable. Special event dates are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Do you offer package pricing for weddings?
Yes! Our wedding packages include limo for the couple, party bus for the wedding party, and coach buses for guest shuttles — all coordinated by a dedicated transportation planner. Call 1-773-570-7445 for a custom wedding quote.
Can I request a specific driver?
If you had a great experience with a specific chauffeur and want to request them for a future booking, we'll do our best to accommodate. Just mention it when you book.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes! For guests 21 and over, you're welcome to bring your own sealed beverages. Plastic cups are recommended — we provide the coolers and ice. No food is allowed on the bus, but drivers can make stops.
What if we need more time during the event?
We're flexible! If you want to extend your rental, simply let your chauffeur know. Extensions are billed at the hourly rate and subject to vehicle availability. We recommend building in buffer time when booking.
Are your vehicles insured?
Every vehicle in our fleet carries full commercial insurance, is DOT-compliant, and undergoes regular safety inspections. Your safety is our number one priority.
